Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the day on which you receive the items to notify By Julia if you aren’t happy with your order.

You must notify me by email at julia@byjulia.uk if you would like to return an item.

I recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage for returns.

Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning any items.

Any returns must be in the original unopened packaging.
